My night-time routine isn’t fancy or complicated—it’s a series of gentle rituals that help me feel safe, centered, and calm.     I try to say goodnight to my phone at least 30 minutes before bed. That means no mindless scrolling, no late-night emails. Instead, I pop it on airplane mode and let my mind start to settle.

    It’s not always easy—I’m human, too! But even five minutes without screens makes such a difference.

    Next up is a warm shower or bath—my personal transition ritual. It’s like washing away the worries of the day and stepping into a fresh, calm space.
